Zoning

With the opening of the new Selma Burke Middle School in August 2023, the Mooresville Graded School District executed a reconfiguration of both the grades housed at each school level, as well as the attendance boundaries for each school.  As of the 2023 - 2024 school year, our MGSD grade configurations are as follows:

• Elementary Schools - Grades K through 2 (Park View, South & Rocky River)
• Intermediate Schools - Grades 3 through 5 (Mooresville Intermediate & East Mooresville Intermediate)
• Middle Schools - Grades 6 through 8 (Mooresville Middle & Selma Burke)
• High School - Grades 9 through 12 (Mooresville High)
