Join us for our MGSD Community Info Night & Picnic in the Park!

Welcome back, Mooresville families! 

Each year we love to welcome our families back at a community picnic in the park!  This year we hope you will join us! Our free MGSD Community Info Night & Picnic in the Park will take place on Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Liberty Park (255 E Iredell Avenue). It’s the perfect opportunity to kick off the new school year with a mix of support, family fun, and good food! 

Parents can get hands-on assistance navigating essential school apps like Infinite Campus, ParentSquare, Here Comes the Bus, and School Nutrition, as well as get questions answered by different MGSD departments.  Meanwhile, kids can jump into fun games and activities, and everyone can enjoy delicious grilled hot dogs and snacks served directly by our MGSD District Leaders. Come connect with our school community and get ready for a wonderful year ahead.  We can't wait to see you there!
